Weather Situation
Very hot and dry conditions will continue in the north and west of
Western Australia on Sunday. Fresh and gusty southeast to northeast
winds are forecast across the inland Gascoyne, Central West,
Central Wheat Belt, southeast Pilbara and the Great Southern during
Sunday morning and into the early afternoon.
Fresh and gusty afternoon sea breezes are forecast for the
Pilbara.
For Sunday 26 December:
Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather
districts:
Coastal Central West and Inland Central West - North
Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather
districts:
Lower West (including Perth), West Pilbara Coast, East Pilbara
Inland, Gascoyne Inland, Inland Central West - South, Upper Great
Southern and Ninghan
