Weather Situation
Very hot and dry conditions will continue in the north and west of
Western Australia on Saturday. Fresh and gusty southeast to
northeast winds across central parts. Fresh and gusty afternoon sea
breezes are forecast for the Pilbara, Central West, the western
Gascoyne.
For Saturday 25 December:
Catastrophic Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire
weather districts:
Coastal Central West and Gascoyne Inland
Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather
districts:
Gascoyne Coast and Inland Central West - North
Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather
districts:
Lower West (including Perth), East Pilbara Inland, South Interior,
Inland Central West - South, Mortlock, Ninghan and Avon
