Weather Situation
Very hot, dry and windy conditions will extend from the Pilbara in
the north down to the Eucla in the south on Thursday which will
cause elevated fire danger ratings through many districts.
For Thursday 16 December:
Catastrophic Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire
weather districts:
Gascoyne Inland and Goldfields
Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather
districts:
Ashburton Inland, South Interior, Esperance Shire Inland, Ninghan
and Jilbadgie
Severe Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather
districts:
East Pilbara Coast, West Pilbara Coast, East Pilbara Inland,
Exmouth Gulf Coast, Eucla, North Interior, Roe and Lakes
