Gusty thunderstorms.

Weather Situation: Thunderstorms associated with a low pressure trough extending from the west.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging wind gusts in excess of 90 km/h in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Whyalla, Port Augusta, Port Pirie and Jamestown.

Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the West Coast district and the warning for this district is CANCELLED.

A gust to 91km/h was recorded at Coober Pedy at 3:35am this morning.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Move cars under cover or away from trees.
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
