Darling Downs and Granite Belt Forecast Districts.

Storms with heavy rainfall have developed in the Darling Downs
district.
Weather Situation:
Severe thunderstorms occurring in a very moist unstable
environment over southeast and central parts of the State..
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may
lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several
hours. Locations which may be affected include Millmerran,
Childers, Pittsworth, Biggenden and Gin Gin.
Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the Central
Highlands and Coalfields district and the warning for this district
is CANCELLED.
52mm at Mt Sylvia (southeast of Toowoomba) in the hour to
2:30pm.
53mm in 30 minutes near Biggenden at 6:15pm.
46mm in 30 minutes near Eidsvold at 7pm.
44mm in 30 minutes north of Inglewood at 8:30pm.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services advises that people
should:
* Never drive, walk or ride through flood waters. If it's flooded,
forget it.
* Seek shelter, preferably indoors and never under trees.
* Avoid using the telephone during a thunderstorm.
* Beware of fallen trees and powerlines.
* For emergency assistance contact the SES on 132 500.
