Darling Downs and Granite Belt Forecast Districts.

Clusters of slow-moving showers and thunderstorms capable of heavy
rainfall are continuing.
Weather situation: A broad area of very moist air is combining
slow-moving trough systems to produce clusters of heavy showers and
thunderstorms capable of very heavy rainfall.
Showers and thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall
that may lead to flash flooding over the next several hours in
parts of the Wide Bay and Burnett and Darling Downs and Granite
Belt districts.
Showers and thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall
that may lead to flash flooding over the next several hours in
parts of the Capricornia district. Locations which may be affected
include Marlborough, Byfield and Tartrus.
Thunderstorms have recently weakened about coastal parts of the
Wide Bay and Burnett district, but may redevelop in this area later
in the night.
Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the Central
Highlands and Coalfields and Central West districts and the warning
for these districts is CANCELLED.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services advises that people
should:
* Never drive, walk or ride through flood waters. If it's flooded,
forget it.
* Seek shelter, preferably indoors and never under trees.
* Avoid using the telephone during a thunderstorm.
* Beware of fallen trees and powerlines.
